The villa has two entrances, a seaside terrace with table and chairs, a small patio which has a barbeque, and is laid out over three floors. The ground floor has a bright dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and oven), a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a sink, WC and shower. There is also a guest bedroom on the ground floor with a WC and sink attached, and also a small room and a small bathroom with sink, WC and shower. On the first floor there is a luminous living room which faces the sea, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a double bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with sink, WC and shower. Finally, on the second floor, there is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The villa sleeps up to ten people and there is a parking area for one car. Breakfast is not included in the price. The villa is equipped with gas heating, air-conditioning, bug/insect screens on the windows, washing machine and dryer, TV and wireless ADSL. There is a maid service available on request, as well as airport pickup/chauffer and babysitter services, all for an extra charge.
