altough the hotel i booked was great, I only got to stay there for two of the three nights booked as apparantly they had a leak, of which no evidence was visible. it is my opinion that they were over booked. On arrival we were sent to another of the owners hotels and given a room that was still under construction, still had the guards on the smoke detectors, was so small that one person would have to stand on the bed to let the other pass, and was generally nothing like the one i had booked and was expecting. The only compensation given for this was an apparant 10% reduction, although given the bill it seemed no diferent than the bill i was expecting. i felt that the experience was not the greatest and would make me consider twice before booking through yourselves again. This was a short break and did not really need the interuption of moving hotel. Although I accept that problems occur having paid for one thing i would expect to receive that or be compensated for the inconvenience. neiter of these things happened!!!
